Here is a rarity grade of the glorious and always in hign demand the magnificent State Of South Carolina. Note that was graded by top grading company PMG 66 EPQ. This note has a four digit serial number 1533. The state repudiated this entire issue due to serious corruption involved in placing the order. As a result, no notes were ever issued to circulation and all are, therefore, technically remainders. It is a fantastic investment grade example of a rare and popular type. A flaming dream with deep fresh flashy ink color and blazing crisp freshness. Far more rare in this grade than others might imagine. Only one collector can own this grade rarity that serves to separate the truly great Confederate collections from the nearly great Confederate collections. Outstanding quality of both paper and ink. The bright colors against the background are an aesthetic delight. Scarce and highly sought after in the higher grades. Get Supersized Images & Free Image Hosting. Auctiva gets you noticed!
