In the center is a soldier, Liberty, and an angel, with shield showing the state seal and state motto. On the left end is a statue of John C. Calhoun, and at the right edge is a train and palm trees. The note is still nice color with the light green primary background color, and design features all showing good detail and color. The note is a low number piece, showing number “52”, and showing the signature as Bank President of Eli Gregg. The note in hand shows the characteristic green tint back-ground just as much as it should. The pictures show it lighter than it is.
