


This bank operated from 1836 until it failed in 1859. On the left is a Vignette of Lafayette standing by a column surrounded by allegorical figures. On the right is a bare-breasted. Standing by a shield with an eagle. Washington’s portrait is at the top flanked by two “20” blocks. A red “20” protector is printed at the bottom. This note grades Fine. ANA & SPMC member.
