WE HAVE GREAT FEEDBACK. Now, here is the item that you came for. This Proof is thought to be one of only four known surviving examples. An attractive design featuring a large oval male portrait flanked by Cincinnatus and Industry. Interestingly, the end panels are each home to half of the South Carolina coat of arms. At one time, this appears to have been a single vignette, with the angel flying above clearly split in two. The note is printed on India paper with the usual POCs in the signature lines. PMG notes evidence of previous mounting which is barely noticeable, if at all. Please take a look at the photos. Please feel free to send us a message any time. This is a modern proprietary proof printed by ABNCo in the 20th century from the original plates for general corporate purposes and programs. Many times the tint color selected is different from that used in the 19th century. In this case we can safely say that this protocol was followed as the rather “vibrant” green would have never been used originally. It was graded by PMG GEM UNCIRCULATED 65 EPQ. This piece is well margined and has an exceptional paper quality, attractive counters, and a wonderful well preserved Proprietary Proof. It is clean all around with sharp corners and fascinating colors. Auctiva offers Free Image Hosting and Editing. Auctiva gets you noticed! Track Page Views With. Auctiva’s FREE Counter.
